So- I absolutely have to make this post and I truly can’t believe I haven’t made it sooner?! I mean- I do my meal plans and never include these recipes because if I added the ones I make every week, that would be so boring.
They’re the staples that don’t need to be thought about it. They’re so important that the supplies to make them are always fully stocked. 1 of them isn’t even food at all (but it’s pure metabolic fuel).
So let’s get into it, shall we?
1. The breakfast I have *every* single day.
It has 30-40g of protein (30g protein is minimum for breakfast for metabolic + hormone health), it’s full of collagen, helps seal your gut lining, hydrates, feeds liver glycogen (which is crucial for T3 conversion) has healthy fats, loaded with antioxidants + couldn’t be more nutrient dense. I truly could go on about how healing this is all day long, and it’s played a huge roll in healing my metabolism, hormones, and gut!!
