Step 1: Setting the Tone for Your Life This Season (5 min)

The first thing I do is ask myself: What do I want this season to feel like? TheHi guys!! You KNOW what time of year it is- & I am so beyond excited to do my spring reset

Last year, for the first time ever, I shared with you the spring reset I do every single year. It truly is a life & vision reboot, & it’s absolutely life changing.

ANYWAYS I was shocked to see how many of you resonated with my yearly spring reset & found it so transformative in your own lives. It rose to be one of my most viral substack posts & I get messages about how life changing it’s been for so many of you guys every single day.

So- I’m excited to reset the new & updated spring reset, & I’m excited to do it together again (I’m doing my reset as I write this post!)

So- let’s get into it, shall we?

So: Spring starts on March 20th, and before the start of every season, I map out *everything*. From the rituals, to the foods I’ll make, the smells, the aesthetic, goals, as well as all the hobbies and things I’d love to learn this season. I pick out exactly what I want like to feel like, all of the five senese (touch, sound, smell, taste, & hear).

We spend all of our time being in our life, but not enough time getting clear & dreaming it up so we can create it, instead of it happens.

We let life happen to us, when life is best lived when we happen to it.

So today, you’re dreaming of it, & then living it. & it doesn’t need to take time, it can start today.

I just made a, adrenal yerba matte lemonade, am sitting outside in sunshine, listening to my favorite (&scientifically studied) frequencies that get me into serious focus, and I am so excited to sit down and plan out this spring with you!!

It makes me feel organized and inspired, but more than that, deeply connected.

Because living seasonally has grounded me in a way nothing else has. It adds magic into the everyday, inspires me to learn new things, and makes life feel fully lived.

It truly feels like your getting the juice & magic of every season, while actually being in charge deciding the direction of life!

your home and your life are a universe that you get to build.

Most people go through life just living the same day, everyday. I definitely used to. But our home and our life are a universe we get to build. We have free will- we can shape our surroundings, our rituals, and the way we experience time.

By planning out the seasons, we bring in both magic and a deep appreciation for life and the earth’s rhythms. Spending an hour doing this once a season has paid back tenfold in the quality of my days, even in the way I wake up in the morning.

This is the system I do, and I’m doing it on here with you, instead of in my journal! It brings a whole new life to it, so thank you for inspiring me, and I’d love to hear any of your ideas as well!

*By the way, if you’re interested in seasonal, from scratch, nourishing meals to eat this season or my seasonal experience menus, I have tons for every season!! Just go to my recipe page.
